Michael’s experience includes over 25 years in the Private Club Hospitality Industry. Prior to joining SPCC, Michael was the General Manager/COO of Rehoboth Beach Country Club, where he was able to develop and organize a Club renovation Master Plan of $12 million. He also had the privilege for working for Congressional Country Club, awarded as the number 1 Platinum Country Club in the United States. During his 18-year tenure, Michael was able to organize and implement several PGA Golf Tournament, including the 2011 US Open. Michael is a member of the honor society of the Club Managers Association of America and achieved his Certified Club Manager designation in 2003. Michael has been married to his wife Kathleen since 1994 and has one daughter, Logan. Michael enjoys a good book - mostly management strategics - golfing, cooking, and is an avid deep-sea fisherman. Michael’s favorite quote: “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” - Vince Lombardi, NFL Coach Lori Joy | Assistant General Manager, Accounting Erin Erb | Accounts Receivable, Member Relations Erin grew up in the Baltimore area and graduated from a Magnet School for Fine Arts. She spent 7.5 years at Nordstrom before coming to Sparrows Point in May 2022. Erin has many years of Office Administration and Customer Service under her belt, making her role at SPCC to fit like a glove! Erin has 2 children - both boys - that occupy all of her time. Because of this, she says, "any hobbies I have consist mainly of cleaning and cooking." Erin also added, "Our family loves the beach and the water, we try to take several trips during summer. During the Winter, we hibernate and watch movies, and we are starting the board game phase of family life." Shantel Randolph | Event Coordinator Shantel joined our team in 2023. Shantel brings previous event coordinator with experience in the event industry who plans and coordinates events. She is a problem solver, quick on her feet, and executes the wedding day flawlessly. She also assists with the wedding planning process. Shantel is a mom of 3 boys, enjoys hiking, going to museums, and spending time with family and friends. She is a huge asset to our team! Cassie Hines | Director of Membership and Event Sales Cassie has over a decade worth of executive experience in community relations, marketing and public relations through large scale event planning. Mrs. Hines was born and raised in Western Maryland, where she lived all her life until moving to Pittsburgh to attend school at Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts. After graduating college with a degree in Hospitality Management, she worked as Special Events Coordinator for both Fountain Rock Event Group, and Kenwood Golf & Country Club in Maryland. She describes her management style as affiliative, meaning her primary objective is to create harmony between herself, her employees and the community. In her spare time, she fosters homeless dogs in search of their forever homes, and helps to raise funds and awareness for Hemlock Edge Rescue. She recently moved to Annapolis from Philadelphia, and lives with her husband, a veteran of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Brad Streza | PGA Head Golf Professional Brad returns to the Baltimore-area as Sparrows Point Country Club’s PGA Head Golf Professional. With over 26 years of experience in the golf industry, Brad has excelled in all facets of Golf Operations Leadership and Development. Brad became a PGA Specialized Golf Professional in Golf Operations in 2020 with the goal of being a PGA Certified Golf Professional in Golf Operations by the end of this year. A proud PGA Member for almost 20 years, Brad looks to become a PGA Master Professional by 2026. Brad spent the last two years as the PGA Head Golf Professional at Hidden Valley Country Club in Reno, NV. Prior to being in Reno, Brad had the opportunity to work at three outstanding Private Clubs in the Bay Area from May 2005 through October 2020. Brad loves to teach plus coach any and all types of golfers as he will create numerous Clinics/PDP’s to further the growth of golf. Brad loves all kinds of exercising and physical fitness. When not golfing or working-out, Brad can be found hanging with his cat, playing other sports in his spare time, attending any sporting event, watching a movie(or two+), reading great book plus anywhere you can find great food. Golf is in his family as his brother, David, is a PGA TOUR Caddie. Viki Tucker | Food & Beverage Manager Having grown up mostly in Hawaii, Maryland is where Vicki calls home. Vicki has over 6 years of dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in organizing seamless weddings and special events at various prestigious venues in Frederick, MD. Apart from work, she finds peace and inspiration living near the water. Vicki is a devoted pet parent to her German Shepherd and cat, and loves taking care of them. Additionally, she enjoys playing golf with her boyfriend and appreciates the sport's challenges and camaraderie. Vicki is committed to excellence and genuinely loves bringing people together. She approaches every task with professionalism, creativity, and a warm, welcoming spirit. Vicki is thrilled to be a part of the SPCC team!
